Are your ingredients fresh?Yes! We are extremely proud about the quality of our products. All of our ingredients are handpicked from local Italian producers in order to guarantee the tastiest pizzas.
Tell me about the dough?The dough on its own is a rockstar! What makes it so special and addictive? Well it consists of a mix of different flours including wheat, rice and corn. Here is an interesting fact; if you have an intolerance to gluten you could easily digest our pizzas.
Allergies?To consult the full list of ingredients, all you need to do is to click on the product and scroll down. It’s as simple as that! And to make things even easier for you, we have a couple of filters such as "No lactose" on the top of our home page.
Can we add or remove ingredients from the recipe?Yes you can and it’s super easy! To add or remove any ingredient from our wide range of pizzas just click on the pizza of your liking, scroll down to the bottom of the page and start customizing your very own pizza. Unfortunately we can not add or remove ingredients from our appetizers and desserts.
Is the food delivered hot?Yes it is! Thanks to our sophisticated heated bags combined with our thermo pizza box we can guarantee that your order will arrive NICE & HOT. Not to mention that we deliver super fast!
Can I pre-order at The Pizza Affair?Of course you can! To do so just select your desired products, click on the "cart" button then "I’m ready to pay". You will then be given the option to select your address and time of delivery.

Where can I experience the The Pizza Affair?We deliver anywhere in Monaco, Beausoleil, Cap d’Ail* and Roquebrune*. *Please click on the "How does it work?" tab and scroll down to the section "Where We Deliver"
How is my food delivered?Your order is delivered with love straight from our oven to your door by using scooters for a faster delivery.
Can I modify an existing order?You’ve made a mistake while ordering? or simply forgot to add that little extra something? No worries, you can always contact our support team by giving them a call on +377 93 25 25 95 and they will be happy to modify your order. (Please note that you won’t be able to modify your order 10min after you have placed your order).
What are the different types of payment methods?We take all forms of payments if you know what I mean :)... Jokes aside, we accept all major credit cards / debit cards ( Please note that we do not accept American Express) and CASH obviously.
What is the canceling policy?You will be given 10min once your oder has been placed to cancel it. In case of a cancellation paid by credit card / debit card we will reimburse you the full amount directly to your bank account within a maximum of 10 days. This delay is due to banking transactions & hours.
Is the payment secure?Yes it is! All credit card payments are encrypted & handled by a secure 3rd party payment gateway.
I can’t login, what now?Having problems login-in to your account? First thing first, press the "User Login" button on the top right of the home page, then reset your password by clicking "FORGOT PASSWORD?". A new password will be then sent to your email. If you still can’t login with this new password please contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
How do I delete my account?Really? Are you sure we can’t make this relationship work? To end your affair with us all you would have to do is contact our hard working team at email@example.com and they will take care of the rest.
Where are my receipts?The Pizza affair will automatically send out your receipts to your personal email. If you don’t see our email in your inbox we suggest that you look into your spam folder. Still no receipts? No problem, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our dedicated team will solve the issue as fast as possible.
Forgot password?No worries, it happens all the time! Simply click on the "User Login" button at the top right of the home page then click on "FORGOT PASSWORD?" and finally enter your email (email used to create the account). A new password will then be sent to your email. Once you have logged in with that new password you may change your password by clicking on your name (top right of the home page).
I am not getting the reset password on my email, what to do?Once you have clicked on the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" button you should receive an email with a new password. If you don’t find our email please check your spam folder. Still no new password? Then please contact our support team at email@example.com or give us a call: +377 93 25 25 95
How do I change my personal information?All your personal information is accessible from your Pizza Affair account. Login to your account (top right), click on your name and you will have the possibility to modify your personal information. To change your address or payment method please click on the "basket" button and then "I am ready to pay", the following window will give you the option to change both fields.
Is my private information secure?Yes it is! All your information is safely secured and all credit card are encrypted and handled by a 3rd party payment provider.

Can I pick up my pizzas?The Pizza Affair is an online shop & does not accept walk-in customers. The reason behind this is simple, we want you to sit back and relax while we do all the hard work in this relationship to bring you a fascinating experience in the comfort of your home.
